Your privacy is our default.

1. Our core promise

Linkrify provides free online tools (SEO, writing, image, conversion, and website diagnostics) without requiring you to create an account. We do not store the content you paste, the files you upload, or the URLs you analyze. All processing happens in real time, and data is discarded immediately after your session.

2. Information we don't collect

We intentionally avoid collecting any personal data. Specifically:

• No accounts, no emails. You never need to sign up or provide an email address.
• No uploaded file retention. Images, PDFs, and documents are processed in memory and then deleted. We never save a copy.
• No content storage. Text you paste into the plagiarism checker, grammar tool, or any writing utility is analyzed and then discarded.
• No tracking cookies for profiling. We do not use third‑party tracking pixels or build user profiles.

3. What we do collect (minimal & anonymous)

To keep the site running and improve it, we collect only anonymous, aggregated data:

• Anonymous usage analytics. We use a privacy‑focused analytics tool (self‑hosted Plausible) that counts page visits and tool usage without cookies or personal identifiers. We see that "someone used the image compressor 500 times today" — not who.
• Server logs (automatically deleted). Like every website, our server temporarily logs IP addresses and requested URLs for security and debugging. These logs are rotated and deleted within 48 hours. They are never used for marketing.

4. Advertising & third parties

Linkrify is supported by advertising, which keeps the tools free. We work only with privacy‑conscious ad partners:

• We display contextual ads (based on the tool you're using, not your personal history).
• We do not use retargeting pixels, cross‑site tracking, or personalized ad profiles.
• Our ad provider may set a basic anonymous frequency cap cookie to avoid showing the same ad too often. This cookie contains no personal information.

We never sell, rent, or trade any user data — because we simply don't have any to sell.

5. Cookies

Linkrify itself does not set any first‑party cookies. The only cookies that may appear are:

• Essential session cookies (e.g., for the image compressor to remember your uploaded file during processing). These expire when you close your browser.
• Ad platform cookies (as described above) for frequency capping and basic reporting.

You can block all cookies in your browser settings; the tools will still work perfectly.

6. Data security

All connections to Linkrify are encrypted via HTTPS. Because we don't store user content, there is no database of your files or text that could be breached. The site is served through a secure CDN, and we follow standard security practices to keep the infrastructure safe.

7. Children's privacy

Linkrify is a general audience website. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information (which would require them to actively email us, since we don't have forms), please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Because we don't hold any personal data, there is typically nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you have any questions about data that might be associated with an anonymous server log entry, you can email us at privacy@linkrify.demo. We'll respond within 30 days.

We do not "sell" personal information as defined by the CCPA, because we do not collect it in the first place.

9. Changes to this policy

If we ever change how we handle data, we'll update this page and note the date above. Since our philosophy is "collect as little as possible," any change would only be to further reduce data collection.
